The user experience when logging into Horizon Cloud while using Multi factor authentication isn't great.
When you enter your username/password combo it just doesn't say anything regarding MFA, no prompt that it's waiting for it etc. It simply times out if it doesn't receive it.
Compare that to the Microsoft experience where they make it very clear the next step is MFA. I really think this needs to be improved.
