unable to run Transport analytics on HCX 4.4

Hi Team,

In my lab I have upgraded HCX connector and manager to version 4.4

Service Mesh IX and NE appliance have been updated to 4.4 too (Both at onprem and on cloud)

When I try to run test under VM Network for uplinks overview, it returns below error message. Any suggestion here

I am unable to run the test against service mesh too

the service tunnels are up and all the HCX appliances are running 4.4

Can you share the HCX support logs?

Are TCP port 4500 and ICMP open on the mesh?
