replication assisted vmotion virtual disk consolidation needed
so i am trying to move a vm wth HCX that had a snapshot attached via replication assisted vmotion and I selected that the snapshot is selected to be removed. the vm started to cutover but has stopped since there is a message on that vm that is saying virtual disk consolidation is needed. I have a case opened with vmware support but was wondering if anyone else has seen this before
Yes this happens in the RAV and in some cases it takes time to complete the migration. If it is getting stuck at this stage then possibly something wrong underlying in the network or configurations.
