I have a vm that I am trying to migrate to another set of hosts via HCX. That particular vm has several hard disks\vmdk's that have decimal points with their sizes see picture. my questions are:
has anyone ever changed a drive with a decimal point in it to a whole number?
has anyone ever had any impact to the vm?
is it just rounding up to the next whole number and hit apply? (like i have done a billion times before)
Or do I have to extend the disk as well for it to be recognized in HCX as no longer a decimal point?
I feel I should be able to round up to the next whole number or what is applicable and hit apply, however, it never hurts to check with others
