VCenter https://10.31.116.21 is not reachable. Error communicating to VC endpoint vCenterAddress:443

Hi Everyone, I have a customer trying to connect HCX Manager to their vCenter and NSX-T Manager and they are getting this error: VCenter https://10.31.116.21 is not reachable. Error communicating to VC endpoint vCenterAddress:443. Reason: Moved TemporarilyI have tried with fqdn and IP of vCenter and NSX-T manager with no change. Has anyone seen this before?

Hi, Is this error resolved?

If not, are you able to connect to vCenter on port 443 from HCX Manager? NTP is in sync? If using Proxy, is internal networks have been excluded to use proxy? Is vCenter using custom ports?

As above, this is most likely firewall related or the internal addresses/domain name have not been added to the proxy exclusions list.
