VMWare Preview on Apple Silicon won't install ISOs

Hi, Im having trouble with the VMware Apple Silicon beta.

Ive tried both Ubuntu and Debian ISO files, but the same happens with both.

I create a new VM by dragging the ISO to the install box, it starts ok but gets text menu and you select install and then the screen just goes blank and it don't go any further.

Anyone know what the issue is?  Im trying Ubuntu ARM64 22.10 currently

You may wish to review the following document  https://communities.vmware.com/t5/Fusion-for-Apple-Silicon-Tech/Tips-Techniques-Gotchas-for-the-Tech... - included is a discussion that will explain what’s going on and what you can do about it.

From all that VMware is saying, we’re hoping the issue to be addressed in a Tech Preview update next month (along with some other goodies).
