Trying to install WinDev2110Eval on VM Fusion Tech Preview

Hi,

I try to install this file https://developer.microsoft.com/pl-pl/windows/downloads/virtual-machines/ (WinDev2110Eval-disk1.vmdk) on VM Fusion Tech Preview for Mac M1 Arm, but i've problem:

I always get to this screen "start pxe over ipv4", then "PXE-E18: Server response Timeout." after a few seconds "start pxe over ipv6" and then pop up window with "No operating system was found. Check your Startup Disk in the virtual machine settings. If you have not installed an operating system yet, you can choose an installation disc or disc image in the CD/DVD settings and restart the virtual machine."

It’s very likely those downloads are for x86_64 architecture. If so, they will not run on Apple Silicon. 

You need to find an arm64 architecture release of Windows on ARM. One avenue is the Windows on ARM Insider Preview which is a Hyper-V vhdx file that can be converted to a vmdk  file and attached to a VM created on the Fusion Tech Preview.
