how to get vmware fusion 12 for student with free license

hi guys i am student  i want to use an vmware fusion for free how can get it  I am also a mac user with apple Silicon i try to download an preview image for apple silicon  from this site: https://customerconnect.vmware.com/downloads/get-download?downloadGroup=FUS-PUBTP-2021H1  but cant download it   how can get it with free license file ?

Just go here: Fusion for Apple Silicon Tech Preview and follow the instructions.  You may need to use a web browser with no tracking/cookie protection or adblocking software to get it to work.

Have you created a VMWare customer account and logged in?

Try using a clean browser or private window (I keep firefox around with nothing installed in it for sites like this).
