I installed wrong version of VMware Fusion so installed the arm on and the vm that I had doesn't work so I was gonna make a new one so I deleted the vm and now when I try to open VMware it says file not found
Exactly where does that "file not found" message appear?
Also, can you describe the exact steps you did to delete both the VM and Fusion on your M1 Mac?
My guess is that you installed the Intel Fusion 12 version on an M1/M2 Mac. It's likely that you have remnants of the old installation in your user's Library folder. Use the information in KB article https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1017838 to completely remove all Fusion related files (it won't touch VM's though) and then reinstall the 22H2 Tech Preview.
This happens when you have a virtual machine set to automatically open, but have deleted it from finder. Remove that VM from your library and it should stop.
