Agent HA unreachable. L'agent vsphere HA n'est pas accessible depuis vCenter server.

Impossible de synchroniser l'hote. 

Esxi is not responding.

sorry my Spanish is very poor 🙂 but you can disable the HA and try to set and activate it again to resolve the problem.
