VMAWRE FUSION LOW

I'm in trouble with VMWARE FUSION. When I start it is very LOW same when I shut down

It seems that I can do something to empty cache ?

Did you mean to write in the English or French language?

Your thread is in the correct area for you to write in the French language, but there is also an English language area specific to Fusion if you would be happy conversing in English?

What is becoming "low" - memory, disk space, or something else?

Bonjour ce qui est long c'est le démarrage qui peut prendre entre 5 à 10 minutes avant que WINDOWS soit opérationnel
Idem lorsque je suspend VMWARE 5 à 10 min 
Je n'ai pourtant pas change de IMAC dont voici les infos

CATALINA 10,15,7
2,9 GHZ I5
16 GO RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 512 Mo
HD 1 To dispo 100 Go

N'ayant jamais de réponse à mes problèmes comme souvent.

J'ai abandonné VMWARE après de nombreuses années et finalement je suis passé pour grand plaisir à PARALLELS DESKTOP

Tant pis et bon chance avec VMWARE pour les autres
