Our setup is as follows;
We have a
headquarter based in Netherlands connected to an office in France, the
link is a 1.5 Mbps MPLS connection. We have three ESX hosts in
Netherlands that we want some VMs to be replicated in France.
We are going to use Vizioncore vreplicator.
The network in Netherlands is a 10.1.x.x/16 subnet while the French office is in a 10.8.x.x/16 subnet.
So
in case of disaster what method do you advise to bring up the
replicated VMs that will still be on the Netherlands subnet (10.1.x.x) whereas
powered on inside the French subnet (10.8.x.x) ?
Changing IPs by hands and updating the DNS records or is there another solution?
