Vmware Sizing

Hi,

I am wondering If I could get a vmware sizing document. In past Vmware had created a sizing document forESX 3., this was an excel workbeook with multiple excel sheets in which we do enter CPU and RAM and storage available resources. Now this is worthless while tryint to estimate vSphere4.

Does anybody knows anything like this, where we could size the VMs while giviing our available resources for ESX4.

Thanks & Regards,

Kaashif

It is not a spreadsheet but VKetnel has a few virtual appliances that will help you evaluate each VM and determine if it is over or under allocated, basically if it is sized right. We also have another appliance that will take your current virtual environment and then model any changes or additions you plan on making.
