Vmotion support in a cluster environment

When trying vmotion of a VM from one ESX server to another one, it throws an error " One of the HBA in VM is in SCSI Bus sharing mode ". This is required as this VM is part of a cluster and the VMHBA's SCSI bus sharing mode is set to " Physical ". Is there any way to do Vmotion without changing the vmhba controller type to "None" ?

ANother option to get MSCS and vmotion is to use the microsoft iscsi initiator in the VM. This effectively bypasses the ESX storage stack, removes the requirement for the scsi controller to be in bus-sharing mode, and vmotion is possible.
