VMotion compatability between Xeon Irwindale and Xeon Paxville

Hello,

I found the following link after doing some search.

But it doesn't really help me.

I have two Dell PE 1850 but with different Intel Xeon chips. One is a 3 Ghz Xeon Irwindale and another is a 2.8 Ghz Xeon Paxille. Does anyone knows if these are compatible for VMOTION without any complications?
