Hi,
One of our customer has purchase 2 license of "VMware vCenter Operations Management Suite Enterprise 5.0 (25 VM Pack)".
What I understand is we can create max 25 vm's per vcenter server. But I want to manage my 50 vm's using one vcenter server so can I manage that or not? If yes then how ?
Thanks.
vCenter Operations and vCenter Server are two different products. vCenter is the central key component that manages hosts and VMs. Operations provides monitoring and capacity analysis and requires having a vCenter Server in place.
The 2x25 VM Operations licenses stack up to 50 and basically allow you to use vCenter Operations for 50 VMs that are managed by a vCenter. vCenter Server itself has no such licensing constraints, you can create as many VMs as you want.

Thank You Very Much .. This is really very useful. I got my answer perfectly.
