Im having some trouble joining the domain with my ESX servers. The servers can join the domain when I use the ad.domain.net, but when I use localist.ad.domain.net, it fails with incorrect user and pass.
The ad.domain.net is the root domain of our AD instances, and the local sites are distributed around different data centers.
I put an ESX Admins global security group in the root domain and added myself as a member to join the host, and no go.
Any other ideas to try?
