Can you do a Storage Vmotion from the console of an ESX 3.5 server or you have to install the RCLI. I know you can do it with the RCLI but I forget if there is a way you can do it without having to deploy the RCLI.
I find the easiest way is to use the storage vmotion plugin http://sourceforge.net/projects/vip-svmotion/
