SCOM 2007 gives false alerts on VMware Guests machines?

Does anyone experiencing with SCOM 2007 give false alerts on the guest machines? I've several districts having the same issues and wondering if anyone has insights or specific details how to tackle in to this?

We are using SCOM 2007. SCOM is noisy in general. What are the false alerts you're recieving?

I am also experiecing same issues as him. I get "Alert: Health Service Heartbeat failure" on multiple VMs but not all.I get them on some Windows Server 2008 and 2003

Any ideas?
