Running DHCP service on a Windows 2003 VM in ESX 3.5

Hello all,

We are planning to implement a DHCP server in our virtual environment for the rest of our network. I haven't heard or read that this would be a problem. Just want to get confirmation from the community regarding this. Can anyone share their experience with running DHCP service in a VM?
