Redundant SAN setups

Ok, our ESX servers are up and running with local drives. Our next step was to move the images to the SAN that we currently have. In doing this, we also want to implement a 2nd SAN as a redundant point to host the images. How are some of your setups? What are you using to mirror a 2nd SAN in the event of a failure/etc.?

We use a dual director, dual path setup(each fabric has two cisco directors), with each IBM bladecenter's san switch going to one path with 2 isl's each(min). No issues with performance or reliability. Our fabrics hit a DS4800 and a Symmetrix dmx, each of those devices has redundant paths into the fabric as well(8a/9a...etc)
