I understand the User Guide for Platespin Power convert is only part of the product suite or if you're a reseller/alliance member, however is there some high level documention or atleast some overview of steps needed & methodology behind converting P2V (various Wintel nt.40 & 2000, 2003 environments) and V2V (from ESX 2.X) to ESX 3.0.1?
