Optimizing datastore usage

I have 4 datastores currently (2 using FC disks and 2 using FATA disks). They are relatively small datastores but I'm not using the space efficiently. Is there an easy way to find out what VM's I could move in order to use the space more efficiently? I would like to get it so that I have free space that is actually usable on my current datastores before I add new ones so I don't end up with a bunch of datastores with 10-20GB free that I can't use.

You will want to keep some extra space on the VMFS to support the ability to add memory to VM's. More memory means larger .vwsp files. Also, snapshots will take up room on the disk until they are removed.

'du -h /vmfs/volumes' will show you how much space is used.
