I just wanted to post this to see if anyone else out there has been having trouble registering OEM vmware activation codes? We can get all the way to the step where is shows us what
product the code is good for and support then when we go to conintue it gives an error: ERROR : VM-OEM-23003: Unable to get customer account information for ECS.
I am not looking for someone to fix this, as I already called on the phone (nothing happened), then sent an email sunday still nothing. Just wanted to see if we are the only ones having this issue or not.

Are you using the account to register the product code to which the product code was emailed?

Yes it is.... We have registered several of these before this past weekend with no problems.
For anyone else out there having OEM license code activation issues, I guess there is an issue on vmwares side and engineers are workign to resolve it. I had to call license support and they got the flex license registered on my account for me.
