Need help regarding Virtual Center 2.5 Update 3 Consolidation guide

I am Planning to run Virtual Center Consolidation Guide , I need to know does Virtual Center 2.5 update 3 has Consolidation Guide Part of it , Currenty i am using a Evaluation Version so dont have access to phone Tech Support I have already installed Virtual Center 2.5 version but Consolidation Guide is not part of it . Please let me know what should be the way of either upgrading the current version or installing VC 2.5 Update 3 afresh or can we just download the pluggin for Consolidation guide .
