Linking vSphere environments and permissions

I'm looking to get an overview of how administration is handled when linking two vSphere environments that were before entirely separate. Are administrators in one able to see and manage all resources in the other? Can most administrators be assigned limited privileges in their non-native environments such as read-only privileges - but some have total control?

Thanks

When you use Linked Mode it essentially gives you a single view of different environments. It doesn't modify permissions on the environments, so if you want to start assigning access from one to the other you will need to do this as an extra step.
