Host Server Maintenance practices?

I am looking for some guidance on whether or not to have a regular maintenance reboot of my Host systems.  Currently they are all up to date with patches and are running well.  No issues.  Should I implement a twice a year reboot schedule or yearly?  I currently have a couple of hosts that have been running over 2 years and I have not had any issues with them and I have others that have been running for a couple of months to a year. Again no issues with them.

Thank you

There is no need to reboot the hosts, apart during the patch upgrade.

Hello and welcome to the forums.

I would not. You will likely be patching them at least twice a year anyway.

Good Luck!

In the environments I have been involved with we didn't have a scheduled reboot procedure in place. We only rebooted the hosts if needed for maintenance or an issue.
