HOW TO KNOW ELIGIBLE SERVER NAMES FROM FINAL REPORT

HAI

I HAVE INSTALLED CAPACITYPLANNER AND IT SAYS OUT OF 26, 16 ARE ELGIBLE SERVERS FOR CONSOLIDATION

HOW TO FIND OUT THEIR NAMES .

IAM ATTACHING THE SCREEN SHOTS OF BOTH INTERIM AND FINAL REPORTS

Hi,

Unfortunatly the estimator and its reports doesnt give you this info. If you selected assessment type = full when you installed the data collector you can log into the dashboard and change your assesment type to 'CA' rather than 'CE', this will give you the full enterprise dashboard where you can find this info.

can you please explain me further to generate a clear final report with all the names of eligible server ,

iam unable to do it

You must do it from the start...

  • install capacity planner

  • do a CA (consolidation assesment) with full report (not CE = consolidation estimates)
