Finding Disk IO for a Datastore in a HA Cluster

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone please tell me a way to find out TOTAL Disk Read and Write bytes per second for a datastore in a cluster. Using esxtop OR performance tab through VI client I can easily find Disk IO activity done by single ESX host to which I am connected but I am looking for Total disk IO read and write from all connected hosts to datastore.

One way is to check disk IO individually from all hosts in a cluster and then add them up. Is there any other simpler way?

Thanks,

Jitendra Kumar

Use your array's tools....

Or if it doesn't have any, get a better array Smiley Wink
