ESXi U2 on HP dl360

I'm planning to buy a server HP dl360G5 and install ESXi U2 on it. It has a Quadcore 2.5 Ghz. The problem is the nic, this server has: NC373i, and in the ESXi I/O Compatibility guide list say: NC373f, not NC373i, so my question is: Will ESXi U2 support my nic?

that NIC is listed, so your are good to go
