ESX capacity and planning tools

Our enviorment is getting large and we need ways to monior our ESX servers for capacity and planning. We have over 400 virtual machines, betwen dev/qa/prod, using both NFS and FC storage to our netapp. Our clusters range from 2 nodes to 15 nodes wide, using HP blades and HP servers. Our QA enviorment consists of 4 servers with 128 gigs in each node, Quad dual core processors. We have over 200 vm's in QA. I am looking for either a vmware product that will help me with capacity or a third party. I have a time frame till end of july to stand up something.
