ESX Nic Teaming with two Cisco Switches

Hello,

Situation:

I want connect 2 ESX server(s) to two Cisco Switches.

Every ESX server does have 2 NIC`s connect to every switch. (Fail-over situation)

Can somebody tell my what is the best solution? And what i need to know before make this on-line?

Not too much to it. Create a bond with the 2 nics and use the default setttings. This is how things are in my environment.

Sbeaver,

Can you show my and example of the configuration of the cisco switches.?

Because i looking for a way to protect the netwerk for traffic loops between the switches.
