I'm trying to install some N310E cards on an HP DL380G5 running ESX 3.5. I have the drivers from Chelsio installed on the system but they just don't load. Any ideas? p.s. - I'm tryng to do this while the physical system is about 8 hours away and I am connecting through iLO.
