Good morning everyone,
Since the release of Capacity Planner 2.8 now and then I find myself with some kind of issue that gets in the way of doing an analysis.
Here´s the problem this time. It´s currently happening with two servers CA, but I had the same issue with past CAs:
Collector situation:
- Collector is fully operational and uploading information hourly to the Dashboard;
- It shows inventory and performance information for all systems, but it´s displaying "0 consolidatable systems" at the "Home" tab;
Dashboard situation
- The Collection Dashboard (Company and Projects) shows that it is receiving and processing inventory and statistics files daily;
- Enterprise Dashboard (Company and Projects) shows that all systems have no inventory or performance information.
So, I have two theories:
1) The collector is collecting everything fine, but it´s not sending the correct information to the Dashboard;
2) The collector is collecting everything and sending it fine to the Dashboard, but the Dashboard is not processing it the way it should.
Anyone with any hints or past experiences with that? I deeply appreciate it.
