Capacity Planner- Some servers can not be collected ! Urgent please

Hi,

I'm testing Capacity Planner in my own company. Some of our server data are collected and sent to the dashboard succesfully. However, some are not collected. I can't see in the capacity planner, for example in inventory summary. In error pane, i see that WMI returns access denied. However, ı started the services WMI, remote registry, net logon, server , print spooler in target systems and opened the necessary ports in firewall. When i test the connection, i receive the same warning, WMI !

Another error is that "07.30.2010 11:45:34:0:3024: ERROR: An unexpected error occurred! Module = vcpDiscover Function = UpdateTask:37 Source = Microsoft JET Database Engine Error = UPDATE deyiminde sözdizimi hatası.(-2147217900:0:5003144)"

07.30.2010 11:49:17:0:560: WARNING: WMI Returned Erişim engellendi. (It collects some data but still gives the warning)

Generally, what can be the reason , can't collected data from other servers ?

Welcome to the Forums - The usual errors that prevent data collection include:

-The necessary ports are not open - this can be due to firwall issues including Microsoft Firewall running on the machine being collected

-The crednetials being used to access the machine - The permissions have been changed on the machine being collected so that the credentials used to access the machine no longer have access

I also considered the issue and now managed to receive data from domain controller,

However, when i test connection, i get warnings about WMI, remote registry and IPC$Map. I started the WMI, remote registry services in target systems. But i still get the warnings.

I have the permissions.

Do you have the collector machine installed in english SO?

The CP is only supported in English SO.
