If those networks are logical networks on the same physical network, you can simply create a new portgroup, or use the existing one.
If those networks are physical networks, you must create several vSwitch (for each network) and connect them to the physical layer.
If those networks are VLAN on the same physical core, you must create several portgroup and tag to each VLAN.

Yes you can - as long as those networks are available as long as those networks are available form the Cisco switch including their gateways if you wish to route outside those segments -
