Can't get a trial license for ESX 3.02

You may have to wait a bit, I am not sure how long it was for my last attempt at a trial license.

If it is critical you can call your vmware support agent for assistance as the system could be down.

You are probably using a free e-mail address like yahoo, gmail, hotmail for registration. It need to be a non free like from your ISP provider or company. They change it while ago and eaven if you get earlier versions with same free addresses now it will not.

also notable is that you can only use that email address one time. Upon the second license request for the same product, you will recieve no response.

You can use another email address from the same domain, just not the same email address twice.
