AMD or INTEL??

Hi,

I need to setup a VI3 solution. Which CPU should I choose from a performance perspective? Intel or AMD?

I need documentation about these to show to clients, please.

I think it all comes down to personal preference. I've used both AMD and Intel in my ESX hosts and both perform very well.

Right now for me the determining factor is who has the most cores per socket
