Renew VCIX-DCV6.5

I have VCIX-DCV6.5 badge if I cleared one of exam design or deploy of VCAP-DCV7.0 would it renew as VCIX-DCV7.0 or Do I need passed both exam plz suggest

Your VCIX-DCV6.5 is too old to have an upgrade path. You would need to hold no older than a 2020 version of a VCAP or VCIX to be able to upgrade to 2023.
