windows 7 Enterprise x32 freeze

Hi, i'm running windows 7 Enterprise x32 under VMware ESXi4(Build 164009) and sometimes it's freeze(the guest). No mouse,keyboard and no rdp. When freezing is accorded there is a ping to the guest but that it's.

Is any one have this problem before ?

Sure, I have installed VMware tools on it. It freezing without any special operation.

I would suggest using the Host Update utility to patch the host in the first instance, the current build is 193498.

When you download vSphere Client from the ESX host, there is an option to install the Host Update Utility.

Yes, host server will be reboot, after install updates.

+ host must be entered into meintance mode (all virual machine must be shutdown or suspend)
