From the Hosts and Clusters view double click on the datastore with the "alarm" that is triggered. This will take you to the Datastores and Datastore clusters view with the object selected and then select the Alarms tabs to check the Trigerred alarm.

Can you confirm that the alarm for both datastores is the same, i.e. no different alarm settings configured?

Also provide the configuration for the alarm settings (some screenshots may do).

This will happen when you have configured individual alarms for the datastore with different threshold values.

It seems to me, that the warning is correct. Please check the alarm settings for the datastore that is NOT giving you the warning.

Are both the datastores are thick or thin?

Can you check the space from the Storage array and match if they are same with the displayed on the vSphere client

What about webclient? is it showing the same data?
