when i Browse the data store i am not able to see any thing  not only one data store all the data stores are like that . i can able to migrate the Vm's from one data store to another data store which any issues.

can some please help on this issue

Another user in the forums had this issue and it looks like you have to open a service request with VMware

The only other thing I can think of is your datastore heartbeat could be causing some issues.  You could try and disable this but I don't think it will reslove the issue as I'm pretty sure the heartbeat is failing due to some issue with your Datastore.  I would call VMware and get a SR started right away
