web client is not initialized on 6.0

can some one please help us.

we launched  webclient with our plugins. we are seeing below error.

web client is not initialized : could not connect to vsphere client  please contact adminsitrator to fix it

we have restarted vmware virtual server service, rebooted the vcenter server but no help.

Are you running the Virtual Appliance or a Windows install of vCenter Server?

Did you replace the self signed SSL certificates with ones you minted yourself?  Did the web client ever work after you deployed VC server?
