vsphere running in vsphere problem

I must be mising something, Ive got a new server which is on the HCL for vsphere 4 and Ive installed no problem, Im now trying to create virtual vsphere machines but im getting the error at install saying " A 64 bit CPU is needed " Am I missing something I need to add in the VMX ?

What server is it?

CPU?

Did you enable VT-Extensions / AMD-V in the bios and a coldboot after?

Thanks it was VT (Which I was sure was on), but thanks all sorted.
