vmware tools does not run after install

Hi All,

After installing VMware tools, my mouse still does not go smoothly like before installing, I double checked service is running, I don't need to hold ctr + alt to move from guest to host or vice versa, I did uninstall and reinstall.

Have I missed something here?

you must go to "Display Properties" -> Settings -> Advanced -> Troubleshoot and switch Hardware Acceleration to "Full"

That is exactly I have been looking for, I saw this was not correct driver but I did not know how to update as I am very very newbie.
