i'm using standalone ESXi 5.1U3 in my network
and last week ESXi resets all VMs.
now i'm looking for reason of this abnormalcy.
could anybody guide me or introduce/link me for a log analizer?

I recommend you see a vmkernel.log in host has been this behavior, additionally see the vmware.log in vm folder and if use a Vmware HA check the FDM log too
