vmware gp exception 13 in world 2097152:bootstrap

Dear 

 I have problem when I tried to boot ESXi into my Fujitsu RX server, the purple screen pop up to me with the following error 

vmware gp exception 13 in world 2097152:bootstrap @0x418018bd3152

note that my BOIS and all hardware drivers already updated to latest version and moreover, I have the same another server specs ESXi was installed with no issue. 

have anyone an idea to what is the problem !?

The first thing would be to check the internal hardware log of the server, especially related to memory.
Perform an internal memory test.
Check the distribution of the memory DIMMs in the board slots according to the server manufacturer's recommendations.

What version and build of VMware vSphere are you trying to install on this server.

 I checked all internal components, seems good and all DIMMs are distributed as manufacture recommendation.

I tried Just now, but unfortunately not working same problem persist

I don't know what is going on on this machine 

knowing that, I can install windows server OS with no issue but ESXi won't install 😞 

any other suggested solution ?

You could try with version 6.5

I tried 6.5 didn't work either 

my server model is FUJITSU RX2530 M1 with 64 RAM and BIOS firmware is last update

If your server has PSAS CP400i apply SAS controller card firmware 16.00.00.00.

Try again to install with the custom Fujitsu image version 6.7

the server have PRAID CP400i 

and I don't know if upgrade will help or not

any how, I already update the CP400i firmware and still the issue persist
