vmtoolsd with very high handle count..

Hello--

I have vmtoolsd.exe (v9.4.0.25793) running on two VMs (Win2008r2) on esxi5.5 (v5.71.3), and I'm noticing the handle count is steadily climbing on both.  After only three days uptime, one VM is at 9,720 handles, another is at 13,243.

I haven't been able to find any posts regarding this..  Is it normal behavior?

There is an issue with memory in 5.5 that affects Windows VMs(till now I only seen in Windows2012, but could also affect Windows 2008).

Even is not the case, you should update to the latest version.
