vmtools install

one vm ( redhat 7 atomic) is running on esxi 5.5 u2 . i didnt understand vmtools install. i must install open vm tools or must install vmware tools ? please help me .

The compatibility guide shows open-vm-tools & tools bundles with host (ESXi) are not supported and the only supported VMware Tools is ISO from my.vmware.com

In this case, you can download the VMware Tools ISO from my.vmware.com or this link: https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/info?slug=datacenter_cloud_infrastructure/vmware_vsphere/5_5#driv...‌
