vmotion failing across esxi hosts

vmotion is failing across 2 hosts I have. I can vmkping both vmk ips. I did  a packet captuire on the destination host and got this

What is the error message when vmotion failing and at what % it fails.

i found out that the destination host had the management vmk check for vmotion as well. i unchecked it and now vmotion is working
